Quick Start Guide

Install Qubify on your Shopify store and have your first AI conversation live in under 5 minutes.

Qubify installs directly from the Shopify App Store. No code required. Once installed, Qubi is live on your storefront within minutes.

Step 1 — Install from Shopify App Store

Search for 'Qubify' in the Shopify App Store and click Install. Grant the required permissions (read products, read orders, write draft orders).

Step 2 — Connect your Knowledge Base

In the Qubify Merchant Console, navigate to Knowledge → Sources. Add your product catalog, FAQ documents, and shipping/return policies. Qubi learns from these automatically.

Step 3 — Set your Brand Voice

Go to Settings → Brand Voice. Choose a tone (Friendly, Professional, Playful) and add 3–5 example phrases that sound like your brand. Qubi will mirror your style in every conversation.

Tip — Pro tip: Upload your existing support macros or canned responses as a knowledge source. Qubi will use them as a baseline and improve over time.

Step 4 — Go Live

Toggle the Qubi widget to 'Active' in the Merchant Console. The chat bubble will appear on your storefront immediately. No theme edits required.
